Over the past summer of 2014 I spent some of my time with my family in Greece. We stayed on the island of Paxos off the cost of Corfu. When there we stayed in the home of a restaurant owner. Her house was directly above the restaurant facing the endless rows of ships that hugged the east side of the island. The west and north of the island were plagued by tall cliffs, deep seas, and dangerous waves. The south had white sand and blue calm seas. The east was home to the small town Gaios which was tucked in to a cove, covered in bright colored homes and hugged by magnificent ships.
